Poor Buddy, never had a chance to: see the kitten grow up, receive his organic denim nip fish present, grow old, taste the goldfish, unlearn the taste of rat poison. From slender, lithe kitten to lumpy furniture for kitten to straddle, from playful teenager to fat Garfield to agitation, staggering, muscle tremors, high fever, stupor and seizures. Death is common once symptoms appear. Who will tell the kids what happened to their Buddy?
